I didn't like this book. It didn't show you any photos of the stitches & there were no patterns to make anything with as you learned. I already knew how to crochet but there was something pretty being crocheted on the front & I was hoping we were going to make that. I also hated the Spanish directions being in the same book & having to go past them. They should be in a book of their own so they can find them.
This is awesome as it teaches crochet basics including both the stitches and the language. Some of the stitches explained, and illustrated, include the double crochet stitch, half double stitch or slip stitch. I’ve been thinking of learning to crochet for a while now, and this book was just what I needed to kick me into action. Very easy to follow instructions and I’ve already recommended it to a couple of friends. A lot of lovely things to make from this book, so can’t wait to work my way through more projects and try some other stitch styles. Highly recommended, and a great price too.
This is good if you’re just starting out. I’m a little more advanced I definitely already recommend to my friends who want to learn crochet.
It's wonderful it gives me new idea doing beautiful Crochet design. It is easy to follow and very clear instructions. Gives enjoyment and excitement for the good results. Now, I will used my free time to do this amazing new designs. It will give new ambiance to my home by using new Crochet design.
I like how the book was introduced and how it was outlined to make it more easier for beginners in crocheting to understand and follow. I just thought that it would be much betters if significant number of pictures as samples were added thus making it a more enjoyable read. Nevertheless it is quite a worth it buy. Nice one.
Not what I thought it was going to be. It's interesting, but not for me. This is more of the history behind Crochet.
Good thing this is free. They take more time convincing you about all the many health issues crocheting supposedly cures than how to crochet.
I can't give this rating a zero. According to the picture cover you will get beautiful ideas. You get nothing but jargon you can get on ANY website.
